我区民间借贷的发展与国际相比．仍有较大差距，特别是由于眼下整体经济运行进入下行期．民间借贷机构业务大幅收缩；“只存不贷”后续资金严重不足；没有政策支持、监管滞后；可持续发展面临很大困难。因此，规范和发展民间借贷，实现我区“8337”发展思路。促进经济社会和谐发展意义重大。

There is a relatively big gap in private loaning between the Region and the world, especially when the current overall economic situation indicates a downward trend. There has been a great shrink in private loaning business, a severe lack of follow-up funding due to ＂only deposits, no loans＂, an absence of policy support but a backword supervision, and it is very difficult to have a sustainable development there. It is important to regulate and develop private loaning so as to realize the Region＇s ＂8337＂developing plan and promote a harmony economic and social development.
