本文在对甘肃省财政支出总量分析的基础上,对甘肃省财政支出中民生项目的支出现状及变化作了详细的分析,基于改善民生的角度提出了相关调整与优化的思路,以此解决财政支出结构存在的问题,寻求支出结构优化调整的策略,以求达到优化财政支出结构,着力保障和改善民生的目的.
本文在對甘肅省財政支齣總量分析的基礎上,對甘肅省財政支齣中民生項目的支齣現狀及變化作瞭詳細的分析,基于改善民生的角度提齣瞭相關調整與優化的思路,以此解決財政支齣結構存在的問題,尋求支齣結構優化調整的策略,以求達到優化財政支齣結構,著力保障和改善民生的目的.
본문재대감숙성재정지출총량분석적기출상,대감숙성재정지출중민생항목적지출현상급변화작료상세적분석,기우개선민생적각도제출료상관조정여우화적사로,이차해결재정지출결구존재적문제,심구지출결구우화조정적책략,이구체도우화재정지출결구,착력보장화개선민생적목적.
Based on the analysis of the total financial expenditure of Gansu Province, the paper analyzes cur- rent situation and the change of people＇ s livelihood projects of fiscal expenditure of Gansu province in detail, and puts forward readjustment and optimization idea based on the perspective of people＇ s livelihood, which solves the existing problems of fiscal expenditure structure, and seek the strategy adjustment of expenditure structure optimiza- tion, in order to realize the objective of optimizing the structure of fiscal expenditure and guaranteeing and impro- vinz the livelihood.
