云南少数民族非遗产业发展形势喜人,但也面临新生代承传人的培养问题。以“回逆再构”式培养为思路,借鉴国内外非遗的教育与保护模式,对国家标准课程与非遗课程开发进行比较,发现两者间的差异可以通过教育的实施,在被教育者身上实现融合与共享,互补与共赢。进而结合组织行为学与管理学思想,对培养非遗承传人的学校提出了相应的组织管理模式与优化措施。
雲南少數民族非遺產業髮展形勢喜人,但也麵臨新生代承傳人的培養問題。以“迴逆再構”式培養為思路,藉鑒國內外非遺的教育與保護模式,對國傢標準課程與非遺課程開髮進行比較,髮現兩者間的差異可以通過教育的實施,在被教育者身上實現融閤與共享,互補與共贏。進而結閤組織行為學與管理學思想,對培養非遺承傳人的學校提齣瞭相應的組織管理模式與優化措施。

The development of Yunnan minority intangible cultural heritage industry is satisfactory but it also faces the problem of train- ing the new - generation inheritors of intangible cultural heritages. With the help of the theory of reconstruction education and a com- parison of the domestic and international modes of education and protection of the intangible cultural heritages, the paper gives a com- parison between the national standard courses and the intangible cultural heritage courses, and concludes that they are complementary through education. The paper finally adopts the theory of Organizational Behavior Science and Management Science, and offers some suggestions on improving the training of those inheritors of intangible cultural heritages.
