公共教育学是高师院校非教育学专业师范生必修的基础课,在我国职前教师教育中占有至关重要的地位。高师院校公共教育学课程改革的实践转向存在于现实与网络两重世界,表现为现实的、想象的和虚拟的三种课程实践形态。必须坚持课程实践的时空观、文化观、审美观与价值观,通过实施“四年一贯制”,从“做中学”,解决公共教育学课程实施的起点问题;通过以校为本,拓展途径、创新机制,解决课程资源的整合问题;通过实施课程团队共建制度和改革课程评价,解决教育公平与课程民主的落实问题。这些改革举措彰显了高师院校公共教育学课程改革实践转向的以学习者为本、倡导学习化课程、实现课程团队共建的基本特色。

Public education is the basic course for normal university non-professional education students and weighs a lot in pre-service teachers education. The practice turn of curriculum reform of public education in normal universities should be carried out both in daily teaching and internet, in other words, be in the form of classroom teaching, imaginary and virtual teaching; the curriculum practice should be conducted within view of space-time, culture, aesthetics and values; the curriculum practice should last for the whole four years of undergraduate period and guide the students to learn in doing; the curriculum resources should be integrated with schools as the base. The curriculum system and its evaluation system should be reformed to realize the education equality and democracy. All those measures demonstrate the basic characteristics of the learner-oriented, advocate learing curriculum and realization of curriculun team building.
