创业网络特征对新创企业资源获取和绩效具有关键作用。基于动态的视角，新创企业可划分为初创阶段和早期成长阶段，通过对江西省92家新创企业的问卷调查，分析不同阶段网络特征对新创企业资源获取和绩效的影响。研究结果表明，结构规模、关系强度和关系信任对处于初创阶段和早期成长阶段的新创企业资源获取均具有正影响，资源获取对新创企业绩效有正向影响作用。

Entrepreneurial network＇s character takes key role in resource acquisition and new venture performance. This paper chooses ninety- two new ventures in Jiangxi Province and divides them into two stages： initial stage and early growth stage. The article re- gards resource acquisition as mediated role and propose the assumption, then tests them using empirical methods with the dynamic perspec- five. This paper examines the relatiomhips between the resouw~ acquisition and new venture performance in different stages. The conclu- sion of study are as follows. Scale of ties, strength of ties and trust will positively influence resource acquisition in both initial stage and early growth stage. Resource acquisition has positive influence on new venture performance.
