在我国从传统的计划型经济社会向现代市场型经济社会的根本转变过程中，部分人的精神生活遭遇到物化加剧的现实困境——片面而过度地追求物质财富，对崇高精神生活的追求却不屑一顾。以社会转型期为背景，力图在马克思主义的指导下，从物化角度对当代人精神生活现实处境加以深刻剖析，并对当代人这种生存困境的原因及危害加以探讨和反思，最后向人们敞开一种新境界——当代人应该过怎样的精神生活，以期人们在当前的现代化进程中，在科技理性飞速发展和物质生活十分丰裕的时代，走出精神生活的物化困境，转而追求崇高的精神生活，重新领受精神生活的真义，构筑起物质时代的精神家园，保持一个人应有的精神理念和品质，努力实现人的自由而全面发展。

In the process of a fundamental change from the planned economy of the traditional society of China to modern market economy, part of people＇ s spiritual life encountered a practical dilemma ： intensified-one-sided and excessive pur- suit of material wealth, and a contemptuous disregard for the lofty spiritual pursuit. The paper, based on the social trans- formation as the background, under the guidance of Marxism, with a materialized view, makes a profound analysis of the contemporary spiritual life and reality of the situation, discusses and reflects the reasons and harm of contemporary people this plight, and finally opens a new realm for contemporary people to know what kind of - spiritual life they should have, so that in the process of modernization, in the rapid development of science and technology and era of abundance, they can walk out of the predicament of spiritual life, to pursue spiritual life, to receive the spirit of the true meaning of life, to build the spirit home, keeping the spirit of living with idea and quality, and strive to achieve the free and all-round de- velopment of humans.
