产出性老龄化内涵丰富，而家庭照顾是其主要内容之一。与国外政府和社会对老年家庭照顾者的价值认可不同，在我国，多数老年人从事着家庭照顾活动，但其价值却被“隐性”化了。家庭照顾的价值“隐性”主要体现在整个社会或者不承认老年人价值，或者即使承认价值存在，也认为这是老年人应该和必须做的。老年家庭照顾者的价值错位，是对老年人无偿劳动付出的不公正对待，也不利于社会敬老养老氛围，不利于代际和谐。社会给予老年家庭照顾者价值认同，需要以产出性老龄化观念认同为前提，以政府相关法律法规出台为保障，以社会尊老敬老氛围营造为基础，以老年群体自我认同感培育为动力。

Productive aging,which mainly means that the elderly still have the “output”functions,and family care is one of them.In the population-aging trend,it＇s necessary for each country to affirm and ex-plore the roles of the old people.Elderly family caregivers are common in various countries and they play an important role in families and society.Different from value recognition of other societies,however,in China,most elderly adults engage in family care giving activities but only with a “hidden”value.It re-flects that the society as a whole does not recognize the value of elderly people;it is a value disorder and an unjust treatment for the unpaid labor of old people.It also does not help to cultivate an atmosphere of respecting the old people and cultivate intergenerational harmony.Therefore,it＇s necessary to give the elderly family caregivers value identity.For this purpose,we must agree with the concept of productive aging as a precondition and have laws and regulations promulgated by the government,create an atmos-phere of respecting elderly and cultivate self-identity in the elder age groups.
