采用文献资料法、跟踪调查法、数理统计法、比较分析法以及专家访谈法,对中国国家男子蹦床队2名优秀运动员世锦赛准备期训练负荷进行了分析,并根据专家调查法的结果重新确立了新的蹦床运动训练负荷评价指标.研究认为蹦床训练量最准确地指标应该是运动员在网上所作的动作的个数,而价值系数计算法则可以更为准确地反映运动员的训练强度;我国优秀男子运动员比赛准备期为8周,在完成常用动作训练的训练手段下每周训练量控制在1631 ~2 063之间,训练强度控制122~127之间是安全可行的;在比赛前2~3周训练量要适当降低,训练强度增大,使训练负荷更加接近比赛.

This study used the method of literature, comparative analysis, expert interview, investi- gation and mathematical statistics, to analyze the training load of two athletes from the Chinese na- tional male trampoline team for getting ready to the World Championship. According to the result from expert survey established a new trampoline training load metrics. The result showed that the most accurate metrics should be the numbers of action that an athlete complete on the net, and the value coefficient calculation algorithms can more accurately reflect the training intensity of the ath- letes; The preparation period for elite Chinese male trampoline players is 8 weeks, in the case of complete common action training, the weekly training quantity should be controlled between 1631 - 2063, and the training intensity should be controlled between 122 - 127 ; 2 - 3 weeks before the competition, the training quantity should be reduced, but the training intensity need to be increased in order to make the training load closer to the competition load.
