本文利用随机前沿（SFA）面板数据模型分析2001--2010年中国43家商业银行的技术效率指数、技术变化指数、规模效率指数和广义Malmquist生产率指数的动态变化趋势．并研究了经营环境与治理结构对商业银行全要素生产率动态变化的影响。研究结果表明．43家商业银行的全要素生产率总体上在不断提高。四类商业银行全要素生产率变化趋势趋同，但增长率均呈波动下降趋势。在短期内，上市、战略引资、外资银行进入、资本市场的发展对商业银行的全要素生产率带来了显著的负向影响．管制变革对商业银行的全要素生产率带来了显著的正向影响。研究亦表明．商业银行信贷资源配置效率仍然较低．市场结构与所有权结构不合理仍然是造成中国商业银行全要素生产率低下的最主要根源．但改革开放使中国银行业原来所具有的典型“国家垄断”特征的产业组织结构开始具有竞争型的特征。因此深化适度开放对于商业银行全要素生产率提高具有重要的意义。
本文利用隨機前沿（SFA）麵闆數據模型分析2001--2010年中國43傢商業銀行的技術效率指數、技術變化指數、規模效率指數和廣義Malmquist生產率指數的動態變化趨勢．併研究瞭經營環境與治理結構對商業銀行全要素生產率動態變化的影響。研究結果錶明．43傢商業銀行的全要素生產率總體上在不斷提高。四類商業銀行全要素生產率變化趨勢趨同，但增長率均呈波動下降趨勢。在短期內，上市、戰略引資、外資銀行進入、資本市場的髮展對商業銀行的全要素生產率帶來瞭顯著的負嚮影響．管製變革對商業銀行的全要素生產率帶來瞭顯著的正嚮影響。研究亦錶明．商業銀行信貸資源配置效率仍然較低．市場結構與所有權結構不閤理仍然是造成中國商業銀行全要素生產率低下的最主要根源．但改革開放使中國銀行業原來所具有的典型“國傢壟斷”特徵的產業組織結構開始具有競爭型的特徵。因此深化適度開放對于商業銀行全要素生產率提高具有重要的意義。

In this paper, the SFA panel data model is used to analyze the dynamic change trend of technical efficiency index, technological change index, scale efficiency index and generalized Malmquist productivity index of 43 commercial banks in China from 2001 to 2010. Besides this, the impact of the operating environment and the governance structure to the changes of the total factor productivity of commercial banks is also studied. According to the results of study, it is can be concluded that the total factor productivity of Chinese commercial banks shows a continuous rising trend, and the change trends of total factor productivity of four types of commercial banks showed a convergence trend, but the growth rate showed a fluctuated decline trend. In the case of the difference of total factor productivity of commercial banks exists, the increase of total factor productivity is leaded by the commercial banks want to increase in productivity is to improvement of the business environment and to optimizing of the results of the governance structure. This study also shows that the efficiency of resource allocation of commercial bank credit is still low. In a word, it has great significance for further growth of total factor productivity of commercial banks that deepen the open to appropriate degree.
