以饮用水源地周边村庄营养盐入库量消减为目标,以营养盐平衡管理为核心,提出了新型农村清洁生产技术模式——农村废物综合管理计划(CVMP)。CVMP将农村地表径流污染减排、畜禽粪便处理、清洁能源生产、高品质农业生产等进行了综合考虑,集成了以农田营养盐衡算技术、畜禽养殖量核算技术、厌氧制沼技术、静态通风垛堆肥技术为核心的农村面源污染综合防控技术体系,通过对村域内营养盐进行“控源节流”和“优化配置”,达到减少农村面源污染,消减饮用水源地周边农业面源营养盐入河(库)率的目的。研究表明,CVMP清洁生产技术模式可有效降低村域内营养盐的流失量,一定程度上缓解了村庄周边饮用水源富营养化趋势,同时也为农民节约了部分生产成本,取得艮好的环境和经济效益。

It proposed a novel cleaner production mode, Comprehensive Village Management Plan (CVMP), at village level in the research, with source water catchment nutrient capacity abatement as the goal to balance nutrient management as the core. Considering the rural runoff pollution abatement, manure treatment, clean energy production, high-quality agricultural production in the CVMP, formed the rural non-point source pollution prevention and control technologies integrated system, such as the farmland nutrient accounting technology, the amount of livestock accounting technology, the anaerobic biogas producing technology, the static ventilation stamp composting technology. With the village of nutrients "source control throttle" and "optimization", reduced the agricultural non-point source pollution and decreased the nutrient contribution rate of source water catchment to the river or the reservoir. Studies showed that, CVMP clean production technology model reduced the loss of nutrients effectively in the agriculture living and producing actions and controlled the source water catchment eutrophication trends surrounding villages, to some extent, meanwhile, it saved a part of the production costs for the farmers nearby. In short, CVMP achieved good environmental and economic benefits.
