循环经济理念与可持续发展战略不断结合，逐渐成为我国区域经济发展的战略思想，循环经济发展成为一种全新的社会经济发展模式。通过社会效率、经济效率与生态效率目标指标构建我国循环经济发展指标体系，运用主成分分析法与聚类分析法对我国31个省、区、市地区循环经济发展水平进行评价与差异分析。结果表明，各地区循环经济发展不平衡，东中西各地区水平存在较大差异，可以将各地区发展水平分为四类。
循環經濟理唸與可持續髮展戰略不斷結閤，逐漸成為我國區域經濟髮展的戰略思想，循環經濟髮展成為一種全新的社會經濟髮展模式。通過社會效率、經濟效率與生態效率目標指標構建我國循環經濟髮展指標體繫，運用主成分分析法與聚類分析法對我國31箇省、區、市地區循環經濟髮展水平進行評價與差異分析。結果錶明，各地區循環經濟髮展不平衡，東中西各地區水平存在較大差異，可以將各地區髮展水平分為四類。

The concept of circular economy are continuing to combine with sustainable development strategic, becoming a strategic thinking of regional economic development, which has become a new cycle of social and economic development. Building Chinese economic indicator system development cycle through social efficiency, economic efficiency and eco-efficiency objectives and targets. Using principal component analysis and clusters to evaluated and variances researched the level of circular economy development of China＇s 31 provinces and cities. The results showed that the regional imbalance in the cycle of economic development and a big difference between the three regions; level of development of each region can be divided into four categories.
