In recent years, East Asian political and economic situation has undergone great changes, such as the United States＇ return to East Asia, China＇s peaceful rise, Japan＇s economic recession and political right deviation and the imbalance of the ASEAN＇ s political and economic development. These changes will inevitably have a significant impact on East Asian Cooperation. Based on the analysis of East Asian political and economic situation changes, this paper elaborates the attitudes of the United States, China, Japan and ASEAN toward East Asian cooperation, then predicts the trend of East Asian cooperation and puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations on China＇s strategy choices.
