ZTM-1300全自动裱纸机转速达到6000张/h时,面纸因为受推规撞击过大会出现弯曲、翻折的现象。为解决此问题,采用伺服电机带动面纸传动轴,实现平滑的变速运动,让推规撞击面纸时的瞬时速度减小,从而避免面纸发生翻折和弯曲。设计了面纸传动控制系统整体方案,进行了伺服电机的选型以及计算,对速度进行了计算与分析。结果表明,该系统有效地避免了面纸翻折的问题,提高了裱纸机的转速和工作效率。

For ZTM-1300 automatic laminating machine, when the speed reaches to 6000 piece per hour, the strength on the upper paper at the moment of paper forward device touching it is too much so that the paper bends. In order to solve the problem, we use servo motor to achieve smooth motion, which can reduce the velocity that the time the flute touching upper paper so that avoid the upper paper bending. Based on the thoughts above, this article designs the whole scheme, introduces the methods of ensuring the precision and carries out the calculation and analysis of selecting servo motor and speed. The result shows that under the condition of ensuring the precision this system has effectively avoided the paper bending and improved the speed.
