通过对高校岗前培训有效性内涵的认识，总结提炼出岗前培训有效性的特征：学习有效、教学有效、过程有效、管理有效和结果有效。要落实其有效性，需要重视对新教师的指导，加强对培训者的培训，加大对培训过程的监控与管理，只有这样，才能取得岗前培训的效果。

Through interpreting the connotation of effectiveness in pre-service training, this paper summa- rizes the characteristics of such effectiveness, namely, effective learning, effective teaching, efficient processes, effective management and effective results.To implement its effectiveness, it is necessary to strengthen the guid- ance of new teachers, the training of trainers, and the monitoring and management of the training process. Only in this way can the pre-service training achieve the desired effect.
