The New Web Project; farmers＇ happiness index; influencing factors; exponential model
“新网工程”是于2006年中华全国供销合作总社提出的建设新农村现代流通服务网络工程。“新网工程”是新农村建设的民心工程，这项工程的最终目标应是提升中国农民的幸福指数。但是，目前对”新网工程”评价体系的构建未将农民幸福指数作为重点指标。因此，为提高“新网工程”的建设效果，应将提升农民幸福指数作为最终目标和重要的衡量指标，并且通过分析农民幸福指数的影响因素和农民幸福指数如何衡量等相关问题，为“新网工程”的建设提供重要启示。

The New Web Project＂ made in 2006 by the China Federation of Supply and Marketing Coopera- tives is building a new countryside modern circulation network engineering, is an important measure to promote ag- ricuhural efficiency and rural incomes. The paper argues that ＂the New Web Project＇i is the hearts and minds of the new rural construction engineering. The ultimate goal of this project is to enhance Chinese farmers Fortunately in- dex. However, ＂the New Web Project＂ system were not farmers happiness index as a key indicator. Therefore, in order to improve the construction of ＂the New Web Project＂ effect should enhance farmers happiness index as the ultimate goal and the most important measure, how to measure and influencing factors set forth the happiness index of farmers and farmers＇ happiness index and other related for the construction of ＂the New Network＂ revelation.
