为探讨重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)降低赛前焦虑的作用及其脑电活动特征,使用rTMS在运动员右侧背外侧前额叶(DLPFC)实施刺激(刺激参数为:1Hz,80% RMT,l 500次rTMS),采用状态焦虑量表(T-AI)和脑电(EEG)对刺激效果进行评价.结果显示,刺激后被试的状态焦虑降低,额部δ波和θ波、央部θ波、顶部θ波、枕部δ波和θ波的活动增强,额部β波的活动减弱.研究表明,重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)能够降低赛前焦虑,刺激后脑电活动的变化在一定程度上可以对其神经生物学效应进行解释.

The study gave 1Hz,80% RMT, 1500 pulses of rTMS ( 10s on and 2s off) on right DLPFC in athletes, and used T - AI and EEG as evaluation tools, to investigate the effects of on anxiety relief before competitions and electroencephalographic activity characters. The results showed state anxiety decrease, the activity of delta and theta in frontal, theta in central and parietal, delta and theta in occipital increase, the activity of beta in frontal decrease after rTMS, So rTMS can decrease anxiety before competitions, the change of EEG after rTMS might partly be explained by the neurobiological effect of rTMS.
