20世纪新中国成立的第2个壬辰年后，通过3次追踪研究，分析建国前后的甲子周期体育发展走势，着重就建国第2甲子周期，从系统的4类社会发展的多个量化指标的增长比较研究，经过对64年历年的绝对和动态数列的处理后，绘制反映发展走势的曲线图。就此确定4个波澜起伏的历史发展主线。1987年及后4年的第3高潮期便是翱展雄姿，随后的2008至2012年又呈现第4高潮迭起，因而，将新中国64年来体育发展征途的飞腾特色表现得淋漓尽致。进而，从中国民间盛行的传统龙文化的视角，分析中国现代体育史发展趋势呈现的“龙形”曲线，形成体育史上的一大亮点。

After the 2nd Renehen Year of the establishment of new China in the 20th century, through 3 tracking researches, the present thesis sets to analyze the sports development trend in the 60 year cycle before and after the founding of new China,with the focus on plotting the curves reflecting the develop ment trend from the comparative research of the increase in multiple quantitative indicators in the 4 kinds of systematic social development in the 2nd 60year cycle of the establishment of the new state after the absolute and dynamic number sequences over the 64 calendar years are processed. And the results locate the principal threads for the undulating historical development, among which the 3rd climax period in 1987 and the 4 years later exhibited magnificence, and the 4th climax period appeared again in the subse quent years from 2008 to 2012 ,where the soaring features for new China＇ s journey of sports development in the past 64 years are fully manifested. Furthermore,from the perspective of traditional Chinese preva lent folk dragon culture, the present thesis analyzes the ＂Chinesedragonshaped＂ curve manifesting the development trend in modern Chinese sports history, forming a highlight in that history.
