价值最大化包括经济效益和社会效益最大化。电力作为关系国计民生的行业,价值最大化自然成为电力和电网企业的共同追求。为实现价值最大化,根据博弈理论,构建发电企业与电网企业的双方叫价拍卖博弈模型,通过计算贝叶斯纳什均衡点,确定最优电价和企业的最优收益。据此,从v和C的视角给出对电网企业购电策略的启示。

Value maximization includes the maximum of economic benefit and social benefit. Due to the importance to national economy and people's livelihood, the electric power industry' maximum value has naturally become the common pursuit of the power and power grid enterprises. To realize the value maximization, according to the game theory, this paper constructs the power enterprises and power grid enterprise' double auction game model. By calculating the Bias Nash equilibrium point, we determine the optimal price and optimal profit of the enterprises. Finally, from the perspective of v and c, this paper presents some enlightenment for purchasing electricity strategy.
