选取具有代表性的38份图书馆员职业伦理守则，以其文本内容为研究对象，运用内容分析法，从图书馆员与资源、同事、用户、图书馆、职业、社会的关系六个维度分析各守则的核心内容。统计分析后发现，多数守则要求：保护用户隐私、培养个人职业特性、向用户提供平等的服务、尊重同事、维护知识自由、反对任何形式的审查、保障用户获取信息资源、提供高效精准资源服务、合理处理利益冲突、维护职业地位、客观中立采集资源、尊重知识产权、尊重用户。我国图书馆员职业伦理守则可以借鉴这些核心思想来进行完善。

With 38 selected typical copies of codes of professional ethics for librarian and their text con- tents as the research objects, this paper uses the content analysis method to analyze the core contents of these codes in six dimensions, such as librarian＇s relationship with resources, colleagues, users, libraries, profession and society. The statistical results show that the majority of these codes require protecting users＇ privacy, cultivating personal professional characteristics, providing users with equal services, re- specting colleagues, maintaining intellectual freedom, opposing any form of censorships, ensuring users＇ access to information resources, providing efficient and accurate resource services, dealing with conflicts of interests rationally, maintaining professional status, gathering resource objectively and neutrally, respect- ing intellectual property rights and users. The codes of professional ethics for Chinese librarian should draw lessons from these ideas.
