为了推进高校招生考试制度改革,浙江等省份探索一种新型的自主招生模式——“三位一体”综合评价招生模式。“三位一体”综合评价招生模式将由“中学推荐”的方式,改为每位考生根据高中会考成绩自荐报名;改变了考核内容,减少了对知识的测试,强调对综合素质的考核,包括独立思考、抽象概括、批判性思维等学习能力,对时事政治和社会生活热点问题的关注度,对社会公益活动、体育社团活动等组织能力和团队合作精神;保持了自主招生“非零和博弈”的利益冲突,在博弈过程中达成互惠互利;探索建立了一种多方参与的机制。

In order to push forward the reform of university enrolment examination system, a kind of new independent recruitment mode called trinity comprehensive evaluation enrolment mode in some provinces such as Zhejiang has been carried out. This mode has changed the way of enrolment from recommendation by the middle schools to self-recommendation by each examinee according to their results of high school general examinations. It has also changed the contents of the examinations, reduced the test on knowledge, emphasized on the test of comprehensive quality including the learning abilities such as independent thinking, abstract conceptualization and critical thinking, the attention to the politics of current events and hot issues of social life, the abilities of organizing social activities for public good and sports association activities and team-work spirit. It maintains the benefit conflict of independent recruitment sum game, and achieves mutual benefit in the course of game. It has explored the establishment of a kind of multi-participation mechanism.
