[摘要]教师教育职前职后一体化发展是当前我国教师教育改革与发展中的重大战略主题之一。在全面推进教师教育职前职后一体化发展过程中,其相应的体制机制创新是深化改革的关键和难点。当前,我国教师教育一体化改革进程中还面临着一些困难与障碍,应通过明确统筹主体、统筹规划教师专业发展目标、建立制度规范、形成协同机制、共建共享优质资源、搭建共生发展平台、完善评价与问责制度等,促进教师教育一体化发展的体制机制创新。

The integration of pre-service and in-service teacher education has become one of the major strategic themes in the reform and development of teacher education in China. The innovation of corresponding government institutions and mechanisms is the key in intensifying reform during the process of fully implementing the integrative development of teacher education. At present, there are still some problems in the process of the reform of the integrative development of teacher education. In future, we should designate the planning subject, plan the goal of teachers" professional development as a whole, establish regulations and norms, develop collaborative mechanism, co-buiht and share resources with high quality, construct platforms for intergrowth development, and improve the regulations on evaluation and accountability, etc., so that the innovation of institution and mechanism in the integratiue development of teacher education can be promoted.
