针对战略联盟型供应链市场的实际情况,考虑到供应链上各个环节中的不确定因素这一复杂情况,本文首先采取分解一协调的方案求解策略将供应链系统进行优化,重点对供应商选择成本与供应链设施决策成本进行分解分析,通过成本作业法将这两个问题整合协调起来。然后建立起供应链网络设计鲁棒模型,利用随机模拟法和粒子群算法结合组成求解鲁棒模型最优解的混合智能算法,并用实例说明模型和算法的可行性与有效性。
針對戰略聯盟型供應鏈市場的實際情況,攷慮到供應鏈上各箇環節中的不確定因素這一複雜情況,本文首先採取分解一協調的方案求解策略將供應鏈繫統進行優化,重點對供應商選擇成本與供應鏈設施決策成本進行分解分析,通過成本作業法將這兩箇問題整閤協調起來。然後建立起供應鏈網絡設計魯棒模型,利用隨機模擬法和粒子群算法結閤組成求解魯棒模型最優解的混閤智能算法,併用實例說明模型和算法的可行性與有效性。

In this paper, according to the actual situation in the strategic alliance of supply chain market, considering the complexity of the various links in the supply chain of uncertain factors, this paper first adopts a decomposition- coordination solution strategy to optimize the supply chain system, analyzes supplier selection cost and decision cost of supply chain establishment and then integrates both of them by means of activity - based costing method. In addition, it establishes the robust model of supply chain network design, applies stochastic simulation method and the particle swarm algorithm to find the optimal hybrid intelligent algorithm for the robust model, and illustrates the feasibility and effectiveness of the model and the algorithm.
