食品冷链物流系统中各成员企业之间需要互相协调合作,使系统处于协同有序的状态才能实现各环节的无缝连接,达到保障食品安全、提高冷链物流运作效率、降低物流成本等目标。食品冷链物流系统协同运作的关键问题是科学客观地确定出支配系统协同状态、有序化程度的序参量。本文首先构建了能够科学、客观表征食品冷链物流系统整体水平地状态参量体系,然后对系统状态进行了定量化评价并确定序参量,寻找影响食品冷链物流系统协同的关键性指标,从而对整个冷链系统实施更科学的有针对性的改进优化措施,实现冷链物流系统的协同运作。

Member enterprises in food cold chain should collaborate and cooperate, making the system be in an ordered state to achieve the goals of ensuring food safety, improving efficient system operation, reducing food cold chain logistics costs and so on. The key question of food cold chain logistics system collaboration is the definition of order parameters which dominate system collaborative behavior. Firstly the state parameters system was constructed in the paper which can describe the system state scientifically and objectively. And then quantitative evaluation for system state was made and also the order parameters were determined. We can figure out the key parameters highly dominating system collaborative performance from a sea of initial state parameters, and then carry out more scientific, targeted improvements of the whole cold chain system.
