农地价值包括质量价值、社会保障价值、社会稳定价值、生态价值和发展价值等，入股企业按照支付的价值不同而享有不同的权利，并免除相应的义务。农地入股实质是农地产权的重新配置，是以农地产权中的某种权利或权利柬入股。入股企业按照取得的不同权利束来支付入股对价。农地入股流转是经济法权利与经济法义务的流转，是国家为规范农业经济的发展，从社会整体利益最大化的宗旨出发，协调利益相关者对入股农地的利益。农地入股的性质应该是一种受国家监管的经济调制行为。农地入股企业终止时，入股农民可支付相应的成本依法取回农地，使流入企业的农地权利束回归入股农民，农地产权重归完整。
