推动具有正外部效应的企业绿色创新，需要发挥市场和政策双重机制的驱动作用。我们通过构建PIES结构方程模型，实证检验了市场导向、政策导向与企业绿色创新及企业绩效的关系。研究表明：（1）市场导向和政策导向对企业绿色创新都存在显著正向影响；（2）市场导向对绿色创新的显著影响大于政策导向对绿色创新的显著影响；（3）相比对绿色工艺创新的正向影响，市场导向对绿色产品创新的正向影响更强；（4）相比对绿色产品创新的正向影响，政策导向对绿色工艺创新的正向影响更强；（5）绿色产品创新与企业绩效存在显著的正向关系，而实证分析拒绝绿色工艺创新与企业绩效存在正向关系的假设。

It is necessary to exert the driving function of market and policy mechanism so as to promote busi- ness greeen innovation. We construct PLS structural equation model to empirically test the correlation between market direction, policy direction and business green innovation and business performance. The finings show that both market direction and policy direction have significant positive effects on business greeen innovation, with market direction having greater effects than policy direction. Compared with green positive effects of green processing innovation, market direction has greater positive effects. Compared with positive effects of green product innovation, policy direction has greater positive effects. Green product innovation has significant posi- tive effects on business performance, but green processing innovation has no positive correlation with business performance.
