文章结合风险邻避理论针对不同公众的风险感知和反应，以公众居住地域与风险源区分公众对化工技术应用的风险接受的差异，分析化工业风险公众接受的影响因素。在公众对风险接受影响因素分析中应用因子分析法，识别出公众对风险感知因素、风险治理能力信任因素是影响公众对风险接受的主要因素，为提高政府在技术风险中的沟通能力、在技术风险治理中与公众沟通策略的模式和路径选择提供参考。

By using the NIMBY focusing on the different reflection of the public on risk awareness, take the difference the public acceptance of chemical technology based on the living areas and risk resource area, this paper analyzes the public acceptance of technical risk factor. By using the factor analysis, this paper identifies three common factors of influencing the public risk acceptance for chemical technology, public risk perception factor and the public trust factor is prominent. Public attitude toward risk technology directly affects the process of socialization of modem technology and science development. The paper provides the reference for designing scientific and reasonable regulation system.
