人才培养、科学研究、社会服务和文化传承创新是新时期我国高等教育的四大功能。传承与创新文化是现代大学的基本功能之一，是现代大学的崇高使命。高校要实现文化传承创新的功能，需要构建全方位、全过程的长效机制。在第二课堂，构建读书育人工程、游学育人工程、课题育人工程、体验育人工程，是促进高校文化传承创新的重要载体。

Talent cultivation, scientific research, social services and cultural inheritance and innovation are the tbur iunctions ol China＇s higher education in the new period. In order to inherit and innovate culture, a long - term effective mechanism in an all - round way throughout the whole process should be constructed. In the second class, the educational project of reading, studying abroad, subject and experience should also be set up to function as an important carrier.
