地方大学创业教育承担着区域经济发展创新创业人才培养的重任。地方大学创业教育在机制的设计上强调定位与入链的原则，以此为指导，可以构建一个由激励、保障、评估为主体内容的机制体系，对应创业教育教学、实践、管理的根本需。本文以北京联合大学为分析样本，具体阐述了这一机制体系的构成和运行方式，并对其运行质量的提升提出参考的建议。

Enterprise education in local colleges and universities shoulders the responsibility of fostering creative entrepreneurs in the local economy development. It is possible to construct an enterprise education mechanism theory model, which is composed of three parts incentive, safeguard and assessment. It is also likely to prove that the model is targeted to meet the basic needs of enterprise education teaching, practice and management. This essay specifically elaborates the composition and function of this mechanism by taking Beijing Union University as a sample university, proposing the approach to improving the running efficiency of enterprise education mechanism.
