随着全球化的发展,中国传统集体主义价值观日渐受到西方个人主义价值观的冲击.本文基于Triandis的个人主义和集体主义理论,采用Triandis集体主义量表和Heneman多维度薪酬满意度量表对中国国有科研机构员工进行问卷调查,运用spss15.0 for windows计算文化价值取向各维度与薪酬满意度各维度之间的相关系数,从文化价值取向的视角探讨不同价值取向的科研人员的薪酬满意度差异.
隨著全毬化的髮展,中國傳統集體主義價值觀日漸受到西方箇人主義價值觀的遲擊.本文基于Triandis的箇人主義和集體主義理論,採用Triandis集體主義量錶和Heneman多維度薪酬滿意度量錶對中國國有科研機構員工進行問捲調查,運用spss15.0 for windows計算文化價值取嚮各維度與薪酬滿意度各維度之間的相關繫數,從文化價值取嚮的視角探討不同價值取嚮的科研人員的薪酬滿意度差異.

With the development of globalization,traditional Chinese collectivism value has been increasingly impacted by the western individualism values.This paper adopts Triandis collectivist scale and Heneman pay satisfaction multi-dimensional scale to survey the staffs in China's state-owned scientific research institutions.It uses spass15.0 for windows to calculate the correlation coefficient between the cultural values and pay satisfaction.It discusses the different satisfaction under different cultural values.
