近年来，中国大陆和东亚诸国之间的贸易逆差形成问题引起了学界的关注。本文从理论和统计数据分析视域，提出中国大陆与东亚各经济体的贸易方式主要为制成品的加工贸易，国际分工方式为垂直专业化分工，中国大陆处于东亚地区垂直专业化生产体系的末端，这种垂直专业化分工体系使得中国大陆从东亚各国大量进口中间产品，这是造成中国大陆与东亚地区贸易逆差的主要原因。

In recent years , the problem caused by the trade deficit between China mainland and East Asian countries at -tracts academic attention .By analyzing from the theoretical and statistical data , the paper puts forward that the main form of trade between China mainland and East Asia is processing trade of manufactured goods , the division of labor is vertical specialization and China lies in the end of vertical specialization production system of East Asia .It is due to the vertical specialization division of labor system that China mainland imports a large number of intermediate goods from East Asian countries , and it is the main reason that causes trade deficit between China mainland and East Asia .
