基于路径依赖相关概念和理论,对浙江移动“三直”模式创新事件及2001-2011年期间的渠道模式演变过程进行了探索性案例研究.得出如下结论：从单一事件的视角来看,管理创新经历了“旧模式锁定识别—新模式创新—新模式自我强化”的过程,跨越了新旧两种管理模式;从组织管理模式长期演变的视角来看,管理创新是实现新旧管理模式反复更替及管理效益提升的根本.
基于路徑依賴相關概唸和理論,對浙江移動“三直”模式創新事件及2001-2011年期間的渠道模式縯變過程進行瞭探索性案例研究.得齣如下結論：從單一事件的視角來看,管理創新經歷瞭“舊模式鎖定識彆—新模式創新—新模式自我彊化”的過程,跨越瞭新舊兩種管理模式;從組織管理模式長期縯變的視角來看,管理創新是實現新舊管理模式反複更替及管理效益提升的根本.

Based on the theory of path dependence and the relevant phase division,this paper makes an exploration study on the case of Three- straight Channel Model in Zhejiang Mobile and the evolution process of its channel model during 2001-2011. The results indicate as follows： viewed as a single case, management innovation goes through the process of ＂identifying lock-in of existing model--creating new model--self-re- inforcing of new model,which indicates that management innovation crosses both existing and new management model＂ ;when embedded in the long-term evolution process of management model of certain organization,management innovation serves as the root for the repeated replacement of new management models with existing ones and the fundamental improvement of management performance.
