回顾了国内外创业型领导相关研究文献,在此基础上建立了创业型领导者与员工间不完全信息静态博弈模型.利用通过问卷调查收集到的20多家企业的208对匹配的领导者与员工数据,采用主成分分析法和回归分析法,进一步实证分析了创业型领导特质对员工的组织承诺和工作满意度的影响作用以及员工情绪智力的中介作用.研究结果表明:创业型领导特质对员工的组织承诺和工作满意度都有显著的正向影响,即创业型领导可提升员工的组织承诺和工作满意度;员工情绪智力在创业型领导特质与员工的组织承诺和工作满意之间起到中介作用.

Through reviewing the existing research literature on entrepreneurial leadership at home and abroad,this paper establishes a incom- plete information static game model between entrepreneurial leadership and employee. Then using the data from the questionnaires about 208 pairs of matching leaders and employees in 28 enterprises and the methods of principal component analysis and regression analysis,it empirically analyzes the influence of entrepreneurial leadership on employee's organizational commitment and job satisfaction, as well as the intermediary role of employee's emotional intelligence on these above relationships. The results show as follows:entrepreneurial leadership has significant positive influences on employee's organizational commitment and job satisfaction, that is entrepreneurial leadership could improve employee's job satisfac- tion and organizational commitment; employee's emotional intelligence plays an intermediary role in the relationship between entrepreneurial leadership and employee's job satisfaction and organizational commitment.
