    This paper sorts out and compares the literatures on entrepreneurial learning based on the perspectives of cognition, experience,net- work and competency. It finds that the research on entrepreneurial learning based on different perspectives has developed from differentiation to integration, and has stressed the importance of participating in social interaction.
