在世界风险社会语境下,现代风险在传播过程中会出现一种“飞去来器”效应：大众传媒在帮助公众辨识风险的同时,可能使得风险传播反过来变成已有风险的动力和新风险的源头.大众传媒要继续发挥社会公器的作用,成为不确定世界的“窗口”和“路标”,需要重塑其责任形象,如健全媒体监管的制度化规范,完善媒体自律的职业道德规范,审慎处理风险信息,引导公众监督风险决策等.
在世界風險社會語境下,現代風險在傳播過程中會齣現一種“飛去來器”效應：大衆傳媒在幫助公衆辨識風險的同時,可能使得風險傳播反過來變成已有風險的動力和新風險的源頭.大衆傳媒要繼續髮揮社會公器的作用,成為不確定世界的“窗口”和“路標”,需要重塑其責任形象,如健全媒體鑑管的製度化規範,完善媒體自律的職業道德規範,審慎處理風險信息,引導公衆鑑督風險決策等.

In the circumstances of the world risk society, the transmission of modem risk would appear a ＂ boomerang effect＂ ： the mass media, on the one hand, helps the public distinguish the risk, while on the other hand, makes risk transmission become the impetus of the risk and the source of the new risk. If the mass media wants to continue the role of social instrument, and become the ＂window＂ and ＂landmark＂ of the uncertain world, its responsibility should be reshaped, for example, to regulate the standard of media supervision, to perfect its code of professional ethics, to deal with risk information carefully and guide the public to supervise the risk decision- making.
