首先构建了国有森工集团经营绩效监测体系，确定了经营绩效监测方法，应用ANP确定了监测指标的优势度；然后通过实证分析，输出龙江森工集团经营绩效的监测结果，对经营绩效进行综合评价。研究结果表明：第一，经营绩效监测指标体系中不同指标具有不同的优势度和贡献度，其协同作用反映了森工集团的整体经营绩效；第二，自天保工程实施以来（2001—2011）龙江森工集团经营绩效呈现显著上升态势，企业整体生产运营健康、有序、稳固；第三，从经营绩效监测结果来看，国有森工集团森林旅游、林下经济等生态型特色优势产业发展取得积极进展，替代互补优势逐步显现。

The State-owned Forest Industry Group is a professional, synthesized and large-scale modem forestry business, is an important economic subject with social progress of state-owned forest region and modem forestry industry developing, and also is a coordinate subject of economic benefit, social benefit and ecological benefit. The paper establishes the performance monitoring system of the stateowned forest industry group, defines the dominance of monitoring index using ANP, and obtains the result of performance monitoring of Longjiang forest industry group through the empirical analysis. The result shows： Firstly, in the performance monitoring system, the different index has the different dominance and contribution, and the synergistic effect of them shows the integrated performance. Sec- ondly, the porformanee of Longjiang forest industry group has a tendency of rising from the operating of natural forest protecting project, and the enterprise gets a healthy, ordered and firm development. Thirdly, from the angle of monitoring result, the state-owned forestry group made vigorous progress on the ecologic native economies and advantageous industries, and substitution and complement effect of the forestry tourism and under-forest economic progressively appears.
