当前我国中等职业教育学生资助政策存在诸如整体资助过程不畅、政府职能发挥不良、资助效率低下、学校操作不当、责任伦理与道德缺失等问题.因此,学生资助应主要着力于：建构以政府为主导,学生自劳自给为根本,企业、团体和个人为辅助的资助模式;强化学生资助的道德内涵与责任伦理;注重对西部地区与民族地区的政策倾斜;促成学校操作层面的具体化与科学化,继续加大免费中等职业教育的实施力度.

At present, there exist many problems in the policies of financial aid for secondary vocational students： obstructed aiding process, malfunction of related government functions, inefficient aiding, inappropriate college operations, absence of morality and obligation ethics, etc. Thus, efforts should be focused on establishing an aiding system, in which governments take leads, students work part-time and receive payments, while enterprises, organizations and individuals offer supplement. Efforts should also be made to strengthen the moral intension and obligation ethics in student aid. Moreover, favorable policies should be set up for western areas and ethnical areas, and the college operations should be conducted in a more substantial and scientific way. Free secondary vocational education should be further advocated.
