后发优势这种源于落后本身的特殊优势，只是一种潜在优势，需要在一定的条件下才能转化为现实。而每一次技术革命都为后发经济体实现赶超提供了良好契机。正是基于这种契合点，本文试图从后发优势理论出发，探寻新一轮技术革命条件下，我国应当如何抓住机遇获得后发优势，实现跨越式发展。

Backwardness advantage is the special advantage, it is the result of backward itself is a kind of potential advantages, under certain conditions is needed to translate into reality. Every technological revolution for backwardness economy achieve tremendous provides a good opportunity. Based on this point, this article attempts from the Backwardness advantage theory, to explore a new technological revolution, how our country should seize the opportunity to obtain advantage backwardness, and realize leap-forward development.
