不断推进少数民族和民族地区的经济社会发展，是中国解决现存民族问题的根本途径。少数民族和少数民族地区经济社会发展在取得巨大成就的同时，仍存在许多亟待解决的问题。推进少数民族和少数民族地区的经济社会发展，需要牢牢抓住国家全面深化改革的契机，理清发展思路，深化产业结构的调整，促进各项社会事业的进步，最终实现又好又快的发展。

It is a fundamental solution to advance continuously social economical development of minority nationalities and the areas inhabited by them. At present, while minority nationalities and the areas they inhabit have witnessed tremendous achievements in social and economical development, there remain a lot of problems to be solved. To pace up social economical development of minority nationalities, we have to center on economical development, deepen industrial restructuring, promote the advancement of various tasks, pay special attention to social economical development of scattered living minority people and thus attain leaping development under the circumstance of the Western Movement.
