随着经济社会的发展，京津冀区域污染现状已成为全国瞩目的焦点。本文以京津冀地区污染现状为基础，从投入力度偏低、产业结构调整难、区域合作下的联防联控联治工作尚未进入实质阶段等方面，剖析京津冀区域协调发展下的治污难点，并就此提出了京津冀区域联合治污，低碳发展的政策建议。

The area of Beijing／Tianjin ＆amp; Hebei province, as one of the largest accumulation region in population／ city and industry n of China, whose pollution situation has become the focus of the whole country with the development of society and economy. So, the article, based on the pollution situation in area of air／ water／ major pollutants emissions of waste gas and industrial solid waste emissions, from three aspects of low investment , difficultly industry structure adjustment, slow regional cooperation in area of prevention ／control and government pollution, analysis the government pollution difficulties in the regional coordinated development of Beijing／ Tianjin and Hebei province, and puts forward some recommendations.
