本文主要研究河北饶阳方言的声调系统，包括声调结构和变调推导。语音实验确定了单字调值与二字组连读调值，随后的音系分析发现变调具有平仄对立的特点，而传统的声调模型并不能捕捉这个特点。文章转向了对立层级理论，为饶阳声调确定了由平仄特征和音高特征构成的层级结构。在此基础上，设立了同化规则和异化规则，并构拟了从底层调到表层调的推导过程。

This paper focuses on the tone structure and tone sandhi rules of Raoyang It verifies the values of citation tones and those of tone sandhi in disyllabic compounds dialect. through phonetic experiments. And with phonological analyses it reveals the characteristic of level- oblique （LO） opposition, which has hardly been captured in the traditional tonal models. The paper then turns to the Contrastive Hierarchy theory, and sets up a hierarchical structure consisting of LO features and pitch features. Based on the posited structure, an assimilation rule and a dissimilation rule are proposed and correct surface forms are derived from the underlying ones.
