目前，国内外学者主要从零售业空间布局、业态选择等技术角度来评价商圈成长中的“显性质量”，而忽略了商圈成长中的“隐形质量”。在以知识化、信息化、人本化为主要特征的“新经济”环境下，智力资本积累、流动与共享对商圈成长质量的影响日趋凸显。本研究运用层次分析法（AHP），从人力资本、结构资本和客户资本三个维度，设计了评价商圈成长质量的指标体系，以期为全面评价商圈“软实力”提供借鉴。

목전，국내외학자주요종령수업공간포국、업태선택등기술각도래평개상권성장중적“현성질량”，이홀략료상권성장중적“은형질량”。재이지식화、신식화、인본화위주요특정적“신경제”배경하，지력자본적루、류동여공향대상권성장질량적영향일추철현。본연구운용층차분석법（AHP），종인력자본、결구자본화객호자본삼개유도，설계료평개상권성장질량적지표체계，이기위전면평개상권“연실력”제공차감。
Nowadays, from a technique perspective of spatial arrangement and selection of industrial patterns, scholars at home and aboard concentrate much more attention to the explicit quality than to the tacit elements affecting the trade area development. On the condition of the ＂ new economy＂ characterized by knowledge, information as well as humanization, the influences of intellectual capital on trade area becomes more and more obvious. Consequently, with the AHP method, the growing quality evaluation system of trade area is set up from the perspective of human capital, structure capital and customer capital as to provide references for the evaluation of the ＂soft competitiveness＂ of the trade area.
