对2000年以来我国老年体育研究文献进行了分类分析,发现老年体育研究日益受到关注,研究队伍初步形成;研究内容覆盖面广,但基础理论研究相对薄弱;研究方法类型较多,但研究深度相对肤浅;发展对策建议宽泛,但指导性和可操作性相对较差.发展路径：将老年体育研究置身于社会发展的大背景中,运用多元文化进行综合性研究,深入实际进行个案整合性研究,夯实基础进行系统性研究,不断拓展老年体育研究的新领域.

Literature studies on sports for the old people since 2000 in China showed that there had been growing number of researches concerning sports for the old people. Most researches focused on research methods. The theo- retical basis and in-depth research were not far from enough. There were few concrete suggestions. It was important that related researches should be done in a multi-cultural background, integrating case studies with theoretical stud- ies.
