文化通过改变交易成本和消费者选择影响一国的对外贸易流量,并进而影响其对外贸易地理方向.以Hofstede文化四维度理论为基础,利用中国向主要贸易伙伴的出口数据,通过回归模型测算了文化距离与对外贸易地理方向的关系.检验结果表明,文化距离与中国出口贸易地理方向变化呈现负相关关系.该结论为中国在后危机时代制定贸易国别政策提供了理论依据:在重视美、日、欧三大传统市场的基础上,也应当重视对拉美等潜力较大的发展中国家(地区)市场的开发,从而使得中国对外贸易市场格局更加合理完善.

Culture affects one country' s trade flows of foreign trade by changing transaction costs and consum- er choice, and further affects its geographic direction of foreign trade. This paper relies on regression model to meas- ure the relationship between cultural distance and foreign trade geographic direction based on the theory of Hofst- ede' s fbur cultural dimensions,using the data of the major partners of China. This study shows negative correlation between cultural distance and foreign trade geographic direction. This conclusion provides a theoretical basis for China trade polices with other countries in the post-crisis era. Attaching great importance to the three traditional markets : United States, Japan and Europe,we could put part of the trade quotas into some potential developing coun- tries like Latin America, so that the pattern of our foreign trade market is more reasonable.
