首先,运用探索性空间数据分析方法(ESDA),分析1997-2011年重庆市区县经济的空间结构及其演变趋势与特征发现:空间集聚现象显著存在,并且集聚程度呈不断加强态势.然后,引进交通可达性定义空间权重,运用由实证性空间数据分析技术(CSDA)所选择的空间误差模型进一步分析表明:1997-2011年间,虽然重庆市区县经济增长的空间趋同现象显著存在,但其趋同速度却远远低于全国的平均速度.据此,提出了依托主城,改善“两翼”地区的交通运输等基础设施条件,利用资源优势,发展地区特色经济,增进“一圈”、“两翼”间经济互动,以形成城乡及区域协调发展新格局等相关政策建议.不仅为构建重庆统筹城乡区域协调发展新格局提供依据,也为我国中部和西南山地、丘陵地区区域经济发展政策的制定提供借鉴.

This research firstly analyzed the economic spatial structure and the trend and characteristics at the county level in Chongqing from 1997 to 2011 with exploratory spatial data analysis(ESDA) in spatial econometrics, find that the phenomenon of spatial cluster was showed significantly and the degree of agglomeration was strengthe- ning. And then, introduced the research on transportation accessibility to define the weight, estimated the spatial er- ror models with confirmatory spatial data analysis (CSDA) in spatial econometrics,the results showed that:during 1997--2011 ,the convergence phenomena of economic spatial structure existing significantly at the county level in Chongqing, but the rate of convergence is far below the national average. In the light of the above, put forward some policy suggestions about how to speed up the economic spread from the one-lap region to the two-wing region in or- der to reduce the regional economic divergence and ensure the harmonious development of urban and rural econo- my. The conclusion not only provide the basis for constructing the new pattern for harmonious development of urban and rural in Chongqing;but also offer reference for the policy-making in regional economic development of moun- tainous and hilly area in China.
