选取能够反映粮食安全状况的10个综合评价指标,利用层次分析法建立评价模型,对河南省18个城市2006-2011年粮食安全状况进行评价.结果表明：河南省各城市粮食安全状况差异较大;18个城市的粮食安全状况可分为稳定型、波动稳定型、波动上升型和波动下降型4种类型;针对河南省粮食安全地域分布不均衡以及粮食安全保障中遇到的问题,如耕地面积锐减,城市化进程加快引起的人口膨胀等,从区域经济发展、农田水利建设、耕地保护、农业基础设施建设以及粮食安全应急预案及应急系统等方面提出建议.

10 indexes were selected to reveal the comprehensive evaluation of food security in 18 provincial cities in Henan Province. A quantitative evaluation model based on analytical hierarchy process （AHP） is adopted to evaluate the status of food security of Henan Province from 2006 to 2011. Then the study confirms the type in dif- ferent cities. The results showed that the food security condition differs from city to city. 4 types of food security condition have been identified in 18 cities that is stable type, fluctuant stability type, fluetuant rising type and fluc- tuant decline type. To cope with the unbalanced distribution in different areas and the problem in food security such as the declined land resource, a population expand caused by urbanization and so on, the study put forward some suggestions to hand the challenge. Those include developing the regional economy, improving water conservancy fa- cilities, protecting the land resources and setting up the rural infrastructure and establishment of food warning sys- tem.
