研究城中村改造中的土地发展权配置模式，可以为城中村改造中农民权益的补偿制定相对公平合理的标准。运用案例分析法，以土地发展权作为理论基础对深圳市两个城中村的土地发展权配置进行分析和比较，并提出农民享有的合理发展权的计算方法。研究发现，“自由改造模式”中村集体与村民分享的土地发展权比例高于“征地模式”的比例，前一种模式村集体与村民获得了64％，后一种模式则获得了51．4％。现实中不同改造模式村民的利益没有达到均衡；城中村改造中政府干预越少、市场化程度越高，村民享有的发展权越多。

The research into the allocation modes of land development right against marketizaton of different degrees in the redevelopment of urban villages helps to decide on relatively fair and reasonable compensation standard for farmers＇ rights. This paper uses case analysis method to analyze and compare the allocation modes in two urban villages within Shenzhen City with land development right as the theoretical basis and presents the calculation method of rational development right enjoyed by the farmers. The research results indicate that the proportion of land development right （64 %） shared by the village and by the farmers in the ＂free-transformation mode＂ is higher than that （51.4 %） in the ＂land-requisition mode＂. The research concludes that the balance of farmer interests in different modes is not fulfilled in practice and that the less government intervention and the higher of market-oriented level, the more right the villagers will have.
