矿产资源大规模开发利用，有力地支撑了我国工业化和现代化的发展。但是资源开发与生态环境的矛盾日益显现，建立健全矿产资源开发生态补偿法律制度，无疑对促进资源开发与生态环保的协调以及生态文明建设具有重要意义。立足我国矿产资源开发生态补偿的实践操作及制度建设，需要从健全生态补偿的法律法规体系，强化矿产资源开发的监管力度，建立部门问的联动机制和公众监督机制，拓宽矿产资源开发生态补偿资金的渠道等方面进一步完善矿产资源开发生态补偿制度。

Large-scale development and utilization of mineral resources in China has effectively supported the development of industrialization and modernization in this country. However, contradiction between resource development and ecological environment has become increasingly apparent. The improvement of the ecological compensation mechanism of mineral resource development is of great importance to the construction of ecological civilization and resources in harmony with the environment. Based on the reality and legal system of ecological compensation, it is necessary to improve the legal system of ecological compensation, to strengthen supervision and management of the mining, to establish linkage mechanism between departments and public oversight mechanisms, and to broaden the funding sources of mineral resources ecological compensation.
