农超对接是指我国地方政府指定特定的投资主体投资建设生鲜超市,以承担一定区域内鲜活农产品销售业务的过程,这是传统农产品物流的创新模式.构建适用于农超对接物流系统的绩效评价体系,找出关键影响因素,可以为提高和改善农超对接物流系统指引方向.文章首先根据组成实体、内部物流运作流程、外部环境,建立农超对接物流系统结构模型,然后基于系统结构模型特点,从系统内部结构、运作效果、外部环境出发,建立了包括3级共24个指标的绩效评价体系,并采用专家评分法及层次分析法对福建省农超对接物流系统进行验证,找出影响农超对接农产品物流系统绩效的关键因素,提出农产品物流系统改进的建议,有助于更好地完善农超对接农产品物流系统.

Linking up farmers and stores means that the government ask supermarkets to sale fresh agricultural products in certain regions; this is an innovative pattern of traditional agricultural products logistics. Constructing the performance evaluation system suitable to the logistic system in linking up farmers and stores and finding out the KPIs will help us to improve and perfect this logistic system. The authors first construct a performance evaluation system includes 24 indicators of 3 levels from three aspects： the internal structure, the operation performance, and the external environment of the system. The system established is then applied to evaluate the logistic system in linking up farmers and stores in Fujian Province by osing experts grading method and Analytic Hierarchy Process to find out the KPIs. Finally, some suggestions for the improvement of this logistic system are put forward accordingly.
