物流能力是企业竞争优势的重要来源,竞争优势最终转化为企业的经营成果,即企业绩效.然而物流能力、竞争优势与企业绩效之间的关系尚未纳入实证检验,物流能力影响企业绩效的作用机制尚未明确.本文从战略的视角研究企业的物流能力,通过文献回顾建立物流能力、竞争优势和企业绩效之间的概念模型,实证结果发现物流能力显著影响竞争优势和企业绩效,然而物流能力并非全部直接作用于企业绩效,而是部分通过竞争优势的中介作用.本文的结论整合了物流能力对企业影响的两种观点,厘清了物流能力作用于企业绩效的机理.

Logistics capabilities are the key capabilities for enterprise to win competitive advantages which will turn into enterprise performance. But the relationship has not been incorporated into empirical test among logistics capabilities, competitive advantages and enterprise performance; besides, the influencing mechanism between logistics capabilities and enterprise performance remains unknown. This paper establishes an analytical framework from a perspective of strategy management, and a theoretical model among logistics capabilities, competitive advantages and enterprise performance. The empirical results indicate logistics capabilities significantly influence competitive advantages and enterprise performance. However, enterprise performance is not totally influenced by logistics capabilities. Competitive advantages partly mediate the effects. The research contributes on the relationship among logistics capabilities, competitive advantages and enterprise performance, and provides an empirical test. Also the findings provide theoretical basis for enterprises understanding and promotion of logistics.
