随着现代教育理念的发展,“理论先行”和“技术先行”的教师专业发展模式受到质疑,为探索一条“知行合一”的教师专业发展模式,通过梳理相关文献、分析典型平台,提出了以实践共同体为核心,专家引领为顶层设计,技术、资源和管理作为底层支撑的网络化教师专业发展支持环境,将教师培训、日常教学与教研有机结合,实现教研训一体化的发展模式.
隨著現代教育理唸的髮展,“理論先行”和“技術先行”的教師專業髮展模式受到質疑,為探索一條“知行閤一”的教師專業髮展模式,通過梳理相關文獻、分析典型平檯,提齣瞭以實踐共同體為覈心,專傢引領為頂層設計,技術、資源和管理作為底層支撐的網絡化教師專業髮展支持環境,將教師培訓、日常教學與教研有機結閤,實現教研訓一體化的髮展模式.

With the development of the concept of modem education, teachers' professional development model "theory first" and "technology first" has been questioned.To explore a "Knowledge and Action" of the teacher professional development mode, combining the theory of teachers professional development, analysis of typical platform proposed experts to lead the high support, technology, resources and management support to communities of practice as the core of the underlying network support environment, attempts to teacher training, day-to-day teaching and teaching and research organic model of development to achieve the integration of teaching and research training.
